To probe both the hydrodynamic nonequilibrium (HNE) and thermodynamic nonequilibrium
(TNE) in the combustion process, a two-dimensional multiple-relaxation-time (MRT) version
of lattice Boltzmann kinetic model (LBKM) for combustion phenomena is presented. The
