The advection-diffusion equation or transport equation is investigated further. A simple
numerical approximation such as Du-Fort Frankel methods for advection-diffusion equation
with variable coefficient is employed. The obtained results are compared with its analytical
solution in a simple unit square domain. The method and results are then being used to
solve advection-diffusion in the real-world problems for the more complicate irregular
domain.
