The spleen is highly vascularized and is the most commonly injured solid organ in the
abdomen, often as a result of blunt, penetrating, or indirect trauma. Under our observation
there were 25 patients with spleen injury due to combined abdominal trauma, who
underwent conservative hemostatic therapy. They were combined with skull trauma in 8
