Bismuth and zirconium co-doped BaCo 0.95-x Bi 0.05 Zr x O 3-δ (x= 0.00–0.20) perovskite
hollow fiber membranes are fabricated directly from the metal oxide and carbonate mixtures,
where only one single high-temperature sintering is carried out. Effects of the Zr doping
content on the properties of these membranes are investigated. The results indicate that the
maximum oxygen flux reached 5.75 mL min− 1 cm− 2 for x= 0.10 at 1000° C.
Abstract
Bismuth and zirconium co-doped BaCo0.95-xBi0.05ZrxO3-δ (x = 0.00–0.20) perovskite hollow fiber membranes are fabricated directly from the metal oxide and carbonate mixtures, where only one single high-temperature sintering is carried out. Effects of the Zr doping content on the properties of these membranes are investigated. The results indicate that the maximum oxygen flux reached 5.75 mL min−1 cm−2 for x = 0.10 at 1000 °C.
