The not utilization in its full potential of the reservoirs in the Northeast of Brazil, especially in
its semi-arid area, derives, most of the time, of the absence of an appropriate handling and
the fear of empty them. The motivation for this work was the achievement of a more rational
use of the water resources and the search of the maximization of the benefits generated by
