In the context of intelligent manufacturing strategy, advanced planning scheduling, also known as APS, as a part of it, faces resource allocation problems in many industries, including manpower, time, use of equipment and so on. In this paper, in order to weigh the production volume as much as possible and maximize the utilization rate of equipment, the multi-objective optimization modeling method is used to solve the spinning process equipment resource allocation problem in the spinning production line of APS project which is cooperated with a textile company in Shandong. The number of different types of equipment allocated by specific orders is determined as the decision variable. Considering the constraints of the number of different types of equipment, the type of equipment processing orders, the order production volume and so on. The linear programming model of equipment allocation in the spinning process is constructed with the maximum order production volume and the minimum number of idle spindles as multi-optimization objectives. It is solved by SCIP solver. Finally, the reliability and correctness of the optimization model constructed in this paper are verified by the actual spinning equipment allocation results in the factory. The research in this paper provides a reasonable scheme for the equipment resource allocation in producting process of spinning production line.
