Maintaining balance is influenced by many factors in functional activities [1]. It has been
demonstrated that the biomechanical changes in foot structure may affect postural control
strategies [2]. Also, it has been shown that obesity is another important factor that influencing
the balance negatively [3]. According to our knowledge, there were no studies investigated
the effects of foot biomechanics and different body mass index (BMI) scores below the
obesity level on single leg stance dynamic balance in healthy young.
