Abstract The Indonesia Smart Card is issued by the government to help educators from poor
or vulnerable families to continue their education. However, there are still obstacles in the

Abstract

However, there are still obstacles in the distribution of government assistance, there are still many poor and vulnerable groups of people who do not receive assistance. Thus, calculations are needed that are accurate and easy to carry out. The Naive Bayes algorithm is applied to answer this problem. The resulting accuracy level is accuracy= 84.00%, precision= 75.00% and recall= 75.00%, so it can be concluded that this algorithm is suitable for calculating the eligibility of recipients of government assistance in question.
