Improving the Quality of Hajj Services through Optimizing Hajj Organizers (PPIH) in the Departure and Return of Pilgrims. This study aims to reveal the Improving the Quality of Hajj Services through the Optimization of Hajj Organizers (PPIH) in Departure and Return of Pilgrims (Case Study in Solo Embarkation Th 1443 H). This research on Improving the Quality of Hajj Services through Optimizing Hajj Organizers (PPIH) was carried out using a qualitative approach with field research with data collection techniques using Interview, Observation and Documentation techniques. The research subjects or informants in this study were members of PPIH Embarkation Solo in 2022. The results showed that the services carried out by PPIH Embarkation Solo in 2022 were going well starting from the implementation of planning, organizing to coordination, mobilization, supervision, and evaluation. Some aspects of the services provided to pilgrims include boarding services, health, accommodation, consumption, guidance on religious rituals, Hajj passports, identity bracelets, living costs, living expenses while in Saudi Arabia and departure services to Halim Perdana Kusuma airport.
