Abstract
BMT Salsabila an Islamic Micro Finance Institutions engaged for micro, small and medium enterprises. At this time, in Indonesia there are more than 3000 BMT scattered across the archipelago. Strategic Planning/IT is expected to create new opportunities and increase competitiveness Salsabila BMT. The methodology used in this study is the methodology Tozer. Methodology Tozer is a strategic planning methodology SI/IT by using practical and formal approach based on the concept of a business strategy to determine how to exploit the resources of SI/IT and to utilization. While the analysis techniques used include Five Force analysis Competitive Models, Value Chain analysis, and strategic McFarlan Grid. Abstrak—BMT Salsabila merupakan Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah yang bergerak untuk usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah. Pada saat ini, di Indonesia terdapat lebih dari 3000 BMT yang tersebar di seluruh penjuru nusantara. Banyaknya BMT yang bermunculan dan tidak didukung oleh faktor-faktor yang mendukung BMT untuk terus berkembang adalah penyebab banyak BMT yang tutup. Untuk itu diperlukan strategi yang kompetitif agar BMT Salsabila tetap ada dan terus berkembang. BMT Salsabila telah memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi, namun belum optimal. Karena hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya Perencanaan Strategis untuk Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi yang akan digunakan oleh BMT Salsabila.
