In this paper, we investigate the feasibility of a Wavelength-Division Multiplexing Radio over Fiber system, using Differential Phase Shift Keying modulation with an Optical Double Side-Band Suppressed Carrier for long distance networks. The proposed system was implemented in Optisystem and evaluated based on the analysis of the Q-factor and the Bit Error Rate (BER). 60 GHz is chosen because it represents the future band of the 5G and its applications. The simulation results obtained indicate that the laser's power of 5 dBm allows the propagation over a distance of 2520 Km when the differential coding is used, and over distance of 1620 Km when it's not used.
