A 2-year-old girl was found to have a pink pulsatile mass behind the right tympanic
membrane on physical examination. We report the high-resolution CT and MR angiographic
findings of persistent stapedial artery with hypoplasia of the A1 segment of the right anterior
cerebral artery.
