Aas^ cr. In this work we expound part of the results obtained from [he analysis of two groups of female pupits who are representative of che Canary society's low strata. We analyze their perceptions about school space, Paid job, and domestic space. In order to understand stances and arguments on school paths and prosperts, we have interpreted their stances about the received family socialization and the sexual div'rsion of labor. The socíological analysis of their stances provídes us with a valuable informadon on the processes and ways! n which people from underprivileged origin íntetpret, assimilate or reject the cultural and ideologiral inculcation practiced by school. The analysis also brings information on reproduction and/or social mobility mechanisms.
