… A novel regio- and stereoselective method has been developed for the catalytic
cyclometallation of olefins and acetylenes with alkylalanes in the presence of Cp,ZrCi,, to
give in one stage high yields of 3-substituted aluminacyclopentanes and aluminacyclopentenes.
