Abstract
It was conducted to design the adsorption of H2S content of biogas through kinds of stage. Early stage conducted with dimension calculation process based on the characteristic density reactor from the sulfur gas will be adsorbed. Then do the process of making ferro powder adsorbent from waste of turning machine. Waste iron powder from the workshop in moulding and comply with adsorbent column size. Further more the process of softening with temperature variations such 800oC, 900oC and 1000oC and the width of adsorbent. To determine the effectiveness perform of the adsorbent, it conducted trials of shulfuric acid gas of biogas absorption process. The trial results showed that the temperature variation of temperature 1000oC is better, where The removal of H2S is higher than temperature variations others. Temperature and the width of adsorbent is effect to adsorption the H2S biogas and the optimal condition on 1000oC and 2 cm of width.
