This study aims to examine the level of self-efficacy (SE) perception of Arabic Language proficiency. Difference analysis between the three variables was conducted based on several selected demographic factors. The stratified random sampling technique was used to determine the study sample. The sample size involved in this study was 217 students from two different religious schools and three different locations around Besut, Terengganu. The t-test and ANOVA analysis were used in this study to determine the influence of demographic factors on students' self-efficacy. The results showed that there were no significant differences in students' self-efficacy in Arabic language proficiency based on gender, school type, and school location factors. The findings of this study can serve as a guide or basis for other research on the concept of self-efficacy and influence and the effect of practising it on students and teachers with a variety of variables.
