The robust stabilization of uncertain saturated neutral systems with state delay is solved in
this paper: based on a free weighting matrix approach, sufficient conditions are obtained via
an LMI formulation. From these conditions, state feedback gains that ensure stability for the
largest set of admissible initial conditions can be calculated solving optimization problems
with LMI constraints. Some applications of this methodology to feedback control are then
presented and compared with previous results in the literature.
