This work focused on the experimental measurements and the numerical calculations of the
solubility of salicylic acid in various alcohols. The solubility of salicylic acid in pure alcohols
was determined using a (solid+ liquid) equilibrium measurement apparatus at temperatures
ranging from (278.15 to 318.15) K. Also, the melting temperature and fusion enthalpy of
salicylic acid were determined by a differential scanning calorimeter (TA instrument Q100).
