Formation of different spatial configurations for system of charged rod-like particles is
considered theoretically and numerically, including formation of layered structures in the
external electric field. Analytical model for a determination of the angle between the axis of a
rod and the symmetry axis of electric trap is presented. New algorithm is proposed here for a
