Spray pyrolysed Ru: TiO2 thin film electrodes prepared for electrochemical supercapacitor
Ru doped TiO2 thin films are prepared by using 0.06 M aqueous solution of potassium
titanium oxalate (pto), and 0.005 M aqueous solution of ruthenium tri chloride (RuCl3)
precursors. The deposition was carried on stainless steel (SS) by using well known
ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique (USPT) at 723o K by maintaining the spray rate 12
