Symptomatic renal leiomyoma is a rare clinical entity and there are no specific diagnostic
criteria in terms of clinical signs or imaging studies. It is a challenge to differentiate
leiomyomas from other renal neoplasms pre‐operatively, especially renal cell carcinomas.
