Objectives: Synthesis and optimization of Poly DL Lactide (PLA) nanoparticles for the
delivery of an antioxidant molecule quercetin. Methods: The quercetin was encapsulated by
PLA nanoparticles by nanoprecipitation method. The average particle size and the electric
