Playful activities and actions create a solid basis for music education performances. General early childhood education orientation should reach and maintain a discussion between music education and creative approaches based on the understanding of the fetal development, to deeply develop the professional education of the field. A growing trend, however, seems to support the cutting of the resources of music and arts pedagogies, leading to the lack of creative materials, deepness and openness in the general childhood education curricula and performances. Music as a creative power has long-distance impacts for general attitudes. Music as an intrinsic resource constructed of elements shared with languages, has the ability to support the interaction, well-being, motivation and learning, understanding, development, and the appreciation of values. It connects individuals through primitive functions, because of the prenatally shared experiences between the mother and the fetus, latter possibly shown in the well-being performances of the culture at the society. This is why putting together the wisdom of the early childhood music education is phenomenal. Constructing music education of sounds, created from the understanding of the shared elements of music and languages, and creative playful activities connected to holistic musical experiences would support the current aims.
