The most important investment in education is teacher in-service training on the use of information and communication technologies in education systems. For this reason, in this study, in-service teacher training activities to the teachers for technology usage for teaching courses in education system of Finland, which is a country with a different culture, was compared with in-service training activities of Turkey in the Fatih Project, which is currently the largest project for the purpose of integration of educational technology into education, which aims to integrate usage of technology in to the course teaching.
