The purpose of the present study, determining the impact of strategic decision-making in improving organizational performance and the relationship between strategic decision-making and organizational performance, identifying the demographic characteristics of manager and learn about decision-making approaches and their role in organizational performance. The study was a descriptive cross-sectional design; data were collected in a questionnaire format through an online application in different Iraq organizations from 1 January 2021 to 15 November 2021. These organizations are affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ministry of Commerce. The sample size was 100 participants. The limitation of the study was related to the Covid-19 pandemic so that the authors could not contact participants because of the infectious virus. The study's findings indicated the existence of the relationship and correlation between the research variables, which stated that depending on strategic decision-making will lead to increase organizational performance and employee performance, this revealed an impact of strategic decision-making on organizational performance
