Thermochemical nonequilibrium parameters of oxygen, O 2, for a two-temperature model
are proposed in the present work. The rovibrational nonequilibrium and chemical reactions
of three low-lying electronic states of O 2 (⁠ X 3 Σ g−⁠, a 1 Δ g, and b 1 Σ g+⁠) are
