CONCLUSIONS: This large prospective clinical study shows that surgical treatment for CSM
is associated with significant improvements in generic and patient-specific outcome
measures at one year, which are sustained at two-year follow up. Surgical treatment
appears to be a highly effective option for patients with symptomatic CSM and is an
