A new hybrid technique for the volatile organic compound decomposition, based on
combined use of electron beam (EB) induced non-thermal plasma (NTP), microwave (MW)
induced NTP and catalytic oxidation, named “EB+ MW-plasma catalysis”, is presented. Real
