The present invention relates generally to non-viral com positions and methods useful for
the cellular delivery of one or more molecules of interest. In various embodiments, modi fied
recombinant vault particles are described which com prise a peptide domain that enhances
the permeability of the particles across the cell membranes of cells targeted for deliv ery.
