The scientific literature emphasises that only the employee who is fully engaged in work can
work most effectively and achieve not only personal results but also significantly contribute
to the overall work performance of a sports and wellness club. The aim of the article is to
analyse the theoretical aspects of employees' work engagement, to determine the level of
employees' work engagement in the sports and wellness club, as well as to identify the
factors that encourage work engagement of employees in the sports and wellness club.
Abstract
