The historical face of today is the priority of the creative component of the personality, the focus on combining human resources, and the focus on rethinking and reassessing basic values. The concentration of efforts on the introduction of innovations in the spheres of management, humanitarian, social, ecological, political, economic, financial, and educational space has features. Information and communication technologies in public administration, local self-government, and business are singled out as a resource. They have the highest results in the case of long-term goals. Public institutions determine State Development. The state's information policy is aimed at the social interests of society. State Information Policy is implemented at the state and regional levels. Such a policy offers the principles of openness, the rule of law, social orientation, equality of interests, and state support. There are the following main characteristics of modern information technologies: 1) state control of Information Resources; 2) Changing the content of Information; 3) increasing the role of the state in informing society. Family home settlements are a promising form of manifestation of the noospheric knowledge society. Humanity is expanding its influence on the biosphere. Family home settlements form the mass consciousness and spirituality of the population. They realize the long-term interests of society. They offer unity and equality for all people. There is a need for some control of information by the authorities and management to form the foundations of national information security. There is also a need to prevent a negative reaction from society, which can reduce the level of trust in government and the democratic foundations of the information space. This leads to a loss of feedback from society to the state, political apathy of the population poses a threat to the stability of the state. At present, in Ukraine, it is expedient to talk about full-fledged information interactions in the country, which form a single information space. The creation of a single information space is the ability of the state through various forms of regulation of the media and communication to stimulate the provision of all citizens with necessary and sufficient information, the fullest range of facts and opinions in Ukraine and the world, to orient (needs of citizens) in the events taking place. Currently, in Ukraine, there is no single information space that ensures effective interaction between government and society. Overcoming the existing obstacles is met with the need to develop systems that are components of information technology, information transmission channels, and direct media, the need to make a profit and be self-sustaining while the need to convey reliable information. Creating a balance between the interests of government and society within their information interaction can be a guarantee of their stable development.
