В статье приведены результаты теоретических исследований влияния параметров процесса резания отрезными фрезами на средние и мгновенные значения составляющих силы резания. Определены диапазоны оптимальных значений инструментальных углов в плане и наклона режущей кромки зубьев отрезной фрезы, обеспечивающие снижение статических и динамических нагрузок при резании отрезными фрезами с разнонаправленными наклонными зубьями.

In the article the results of the theoretical studies of the influence of the parameters of the process of cutting by detachable cutters on the average and instantaneous values of the force components of cutting are given. The ranges of the optimum values of instrument cutting edge angles and the inclination of the cutting edge of the teeth of the detachable cutter, which ensure a reduction in the static and dynamic loads with the cutting are determined with detachable cutters with the differently directed inclined teeth.
