Methods: 49 y/o male with multiple comorbidities including coronary artery disease,
uncontrolled diabetes, DFU, ESRD, right BKA and a known left foot osteomyelitis for which
he underwent Transmetatarsal amputation presented with complaints of worsening chronic
ulcers on left foot associated with new-onset constant left shoulder pain for four days prior to
