This review looks at the complex interrelationship between neurotoxicant exposure,
chemical metabolism, genetics and age at onset of Parkinson's disease (PD), Alzheimer's
disease (AD) and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). While the major factors influencing
