A case study of 55 years old man presented with progressive bilateral cervical and axillary
lymphadenopathy and left breast exophytic mass. Topics include hypermetabolic
splenomegaly and diffuse lowgrade metabolism in marrow and hypermetabolic lesion
involving left nipple-areola complex; and Merkel Cell Carcinoma is an aggressive
malignancy arising on background of immunocompromised status, hematolymphoid
malignancies.
Abstract
