Single-cell transcriptomics allows characterization of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) cells at an
unprecedented level. Here, we report a robust cryopreservation protocol adapted for the
characterization of fragile CSF cells by single-cell RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) in moderate-
