In the current scenario, second opinion of physicians has gained a significant attention in
terms of saving life and cost. This requires transmission of Electronic Patient Record (EPR),
which is generally carried on a secured network. Despite all safety measures, the primary
concern is privacy, security and confidentiality of patient information. Therefore, this paper
