Virtualization is considered to be the backbone of any Cloud environment. Cloud service providers offer various services using all the latest state of art technologies where by customers intended to move towards these services with the increased flexibility. Among various unease factors Security concern ranks highest among the users in implementing the cloud technology. In this paper we are to discuss the real time cloud environment, delivery models, service archetypes and the issues cloud computing environment. A new model which is a combination of new cryptography technique, data centric approach and trustworthy computing is been proposed to overcome the existing drawbacks along with its relative positive and negative aspects. The scope of improvement of suggested model is been discussed as a future enhancement option.
