aqueous extract of Anogeissus latifolia bark (AEALB) in streptozotocin-nicotinamide (STZ-
NIN)-induced type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Oral acute toxicity for AEALB was performed in
rats at 2 g/kg dose. In rats, type 2 diabetes was induced by administration of STZ-NIN (65
mg/kg-110 mg/kg, ip). AEALB 100, 200 mg/kg dose was administered orally to the diabetic
