This paper presents an idea of combining the substitution cipher, namely, digraph
substitution cipher with the graph labeling technique to strengthen the process of encryption
and decryption which further lessens the chance of any adversaries from hacking it. The
labeling technique focused in this work is the even-odd harmonious labeling of graphs.
