This article will explore the use of informatics, as a means of assembling and processing
data, and its relationship to live performance. Building on Rosemary Kilch and Edward
Scheer's work, I am interested in the dialectical relationship between the materiality of
bodies on stage and the ways in which informatics assembles data on social or political
