AC shaped patch with cross stub is proposed for quad-band THz application. The total size
of the C shaped antenna is 30 µm x 32µm x 1.6 µm. The structure is printed on a reduced
grounded FR 4 structure. The antenna is operating on four different bands with resonating
frequency at 2.45 THz, 4.51 THz, 8.03 THz, and 13.82 THz. The parameters which havean
