Methods NSQIP database (2009-2013) was used to identify patients who were 70 years and
older that underwent radical cystectomy. The data were analyzed for demographics,
preoperative comorbidities, operative approach, length of stay (LOS), and complications.
Patients 70-79 years of age were compared with patients 80 and older. Appropriate
