Covid 19 pandemic forced B schools to adopt virtual learning environment in order to ensure teaching and learning continues. The paper explains the challenges faced and the strategies adopted by post graduate management institutions (called as B School) while they implemented virtual learning environment. The study used structured interview method. Interviews were conducted with three groups - students, faculty members and heads of the B School. The focus of all the interviews was to understand the challenges faced by them in the virtual mode of teaching -learning. Based on analysis the paper also suggests a few strategies which could be adopted by B Schools in making the virtual learning environment better and effective.
