In this study, to mitigate cyberbullying in communication tools, we propose a method in
which a chatbot pretending to be a member of a chat group defends the victim by proxy
without permission (ie, hijacking and proxy persuasion). An experiment was conducted to
verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the results of which showed that it increases
