program enables the selection of the strategic operation policy for the next month, or for a
certain number of oncoming months, depending on reservoirs levels at the beginning of the
month, and on the average monthly anticipated affluent flows; it suggests the most suitable
operation solution according to an optimization model of stochastic dynamic programming.
