Infrared spectroscopy of cells and tissues is prone to Mie scattering distortions, which
grossly obscure the relevant chemical signals. The state‐of‐the‐art Mie extinction extended
multiplicative signal correction (ME‐EMSC) algorithm is a powerful tool for the recovery of
