In recent years, the metamaterial has become a popular and powerful tool in
electromagnetic polarization conversion design, where it is essentially a frequency-
dependent anisotropic material. In this paper, we introduced two CPCs. In the microwave
band, The PCR spectrum shown that PCR>77\% in the (7.8-18.2) GHz range (the red
region), and PCR>85\% in the range of (10-17.8) GHz. In the terahertz band, two-layer split

In this paper, we introduced two CPCs. In the microwave band, The PCR spectrum shown that in the (7.8-18.2) GHz range (the red region), and in the range of (10-17.8) GHz. In the terahertz band, two-layer split ring structure was designed. It can achieve in the range of (0.155-0.357) THz, the absolute bandwidth is 0.202 THz, and the relative bandwidth is 79%.
