In this work, the effect of ultraviolet radiation (λ= 367 nm) on the synthesis of di-thiourea
cadmium chloride crystals by the chemical bath technique was studied. The results were
analyzed and characterized by different techniques: X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman
scattering, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA). It
