Diabetes mellitus is a chronic condition noticeable by higher levels of blood glucose. The objective of this work is to expect the major five complications which arise because of diabetes mellitus. In the proposed model, fuzzy logic is used to classify the risk level of major five complications like Vision Loss, Kidney failure, Neuropathy, Stroke diseases, Heart Problem. The correct classification of a rate of FL measured 92.5% for prediction of disease.
